Pre-Arrival Information
Please take a moment to read the following details in preparation for your visit.
Do check the FAQs as well, as they should address any questions you may have.
Access
All huts can be accessed via a keysafe box. You will receive an email with the key code one week prior to your arrival at 10:00 AM—don't forget to check your junk folder. For last-minute bookings, you will receive the key code in the booking confirmation email—again, please check your junk folder.
Arrival is strictly from 08:00 (feel free to arrive later!), and departure is at 6 PM during the summer season and 5 PM in autumn.
Keysafe boxes are located on the side of the huts. In the unlikely event that you lock the key inside your beach hut, emergency key boxes are available under the main keysafe box and can be accessed with the same code.
We inspect all huts daily; however, if you have booked for more than one day, your hut will not be checked in between. If you run out of gas or supplies, please send us a message.
Water containers are provided, and water taps are situated at the end of each row. Please remember to bring a tea towel, and ensure all washing up is completed and put away before you leave.
Parking
Booking a beach hut does not guarantee you a parking space. There are pay-and-display car parks available:
There is also parking available along the nearby residential streets.
Beach Hut Etiquette
To ensure everyone enjoys their beach day, it's essential to follow guidelines for beach hut rentals. Please ensure that no equipment obstructs neighbouring huts, and respect the following terms: a maximum of 8 guests, keeping dogs under control, and maintaining appropriate noise levels for a family-friendly environment.

Beach Facilities
Please note that there is no electricity or refrigeration in the huts. A water container is provided, and water taps can be found at the end of each row. Public toilets are located along the promenade and opposite the pier.
Each hut is equipped with a single-ring gas stove and a main canister. Stoves are only permitted for boiling water for drinking, minor cooking, and washing up.
